Site Select is a blend of 60% Fine Fescues and 40% Bluegrass cultivars. The seed selection achieves the 70% TWCA certified content and as such has great drought tolerance and requires less water to thrive.
$6.40 per 2'x5' 10 square foot roll, additional $100 fee for delivery, $35 refundable pallet deposit.

*Please note: all sod deliveries are cut to order so we will contact you with a scheduled delivery date. Sod is a perishable product and is therefore non-returnable. We are closed for weekends and public holidays but will be in contact with delivery details for all orders placed on these times.
