Since 1998 Eagle Lake Turf Farm has been the premium sod choice for golf courses, homeowners and landscape professionals. Our 1,400 acre farm is located ten minutes east of Strathmore. Growing the top performing turf grass cultivars on the market, with drought, salt and wear tolerance a primary focus.

The sod we grow is a Turfgrass Water Conservation Alliance (TWCA) product. The TWCA prides itself on using peer-reviewed, objective data to produce the most drought-tolerant turfgrass possible. For more information on TWCA, please visit the website at https://www.tgwca.org/

Premium Dream Kentucky Bluegrass Sod is a carefully selected mix of 4 top Kentucky Bluegrass varieties chosen for our southern Alberta climate, and made up of dwarf varieties. Fine bladed with dark green colour. Adaptable to a low cutting height, wearability, quick spring green-up, hardiness and disease.

$6.20 per 2'x5' 10 square foot roll, additional $100 fee for delivery, $35 refundable pallet deposit.

Freedom Fescue low impact sod is a drought and shade tolerant sod that requires minimal maintenance. A blend of improved fine fescues and an excellent, environmentally friendly alternative to many traditional turf species.

Site Select is a blend of 60% Fine Fescues and 40% Bluegrass cultivars. The seed selection achieves the 70% TWCA certified content and as such has great drought tolerance and requires less water to thrive.
